The Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano alongside his beautiful wife, Ebelechukwu have bagged some of the highest honours to be conferred on anyone by the Onitsha Arch-Diocesan chapter of the Catholic Laity Council of Nigeria (CLCN). The couple was conferred with Duke while his wife was conferred with the title of duchess.
