The Alafin of Oyo, Oba (Dr) Lamidi
Olayiwole Adeyemi received his
investiture as the chancellor of
University of Maiduguri at a special
convocation ceremony on Friday,
April 15 ahead of the university’s
40th Anniversary and convocation
ceremony held on Saturday.

The Alaafin was also conferred
with an Honorary Degree.
