She did a lot, leading the campaign in
almost every state President
Muhammadu Buhari went to
campaign in early 2015. Mr President
has appointed Mrs. Abike Dabiri-
Erewa as his Senior Special Assistant
on Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora.

The appointment is apt, especially
because Mrs. Dabiri-Erewa was a
former Chairman of the House of
Reps Committee on Diaspora
Affairs as well as one time Chair,
Committee on Media and Publicity.

She was elected into the House of
Reps, representing Ikorodu
Constituency in Lagos State in
2003. She was re-elected in 2007
and 2011. I wish her well in her
new job. See her in the President’s
