After a four-page letter written by former
President Olusegun Obasanajo to Nigerian
federal lawmakers, accusing them of
being unpatriotic and lawless, Nigerians on social
media has reacted to the content of the letter
and the personality of the author.

Using Obasanjo tag, twitter is boiling already.

Here are some of the tweets from Nigerians on
Twitter:

Obasanjo wrote a letter to @bukolasaraki and
@SpeakerDogara . Just laughing in me, He
should also write to 36 governors

Obasanjo understands Nigeria truly.He knows
that after only 9 years, his 3rd term bid is
forgotten.People have even mythologized it…

Selective sensitivity to corruption and excess
spendings a bane of Nigerians’ quest for GOOD
GOVERNANCEDare we hope Obasanjo wrote to

Obasanjo’s letter contains some truth
though, but again this is a case of reading the
article without considering the author

2) Still very fresh in our memories. National
Assembly may be corrupt but we don’t need the
likes of Obasanjo to tell us. @PdpYoung

Saraki’s response is not strong enough to
defend Obasanjo ‘s accusation. He needs to go
back to the drawing board

GEJ’s fall was preceeded by his failure to heed
Obasanjo’s warning in an open letter.

Obasanjo forever will remain a joke to those
who love comedy. $16b allocation on power
was managed under his administration yet he
