President Muhammadu Buhari is
angry with the level of corruption
several big politicians are involved
in and the fact that the judiciary is
being used to frustrate their trial
and conviction in court.
To this end, it was gathered that the
federal government is perfecting
plans to arrest Bukola Saraki and all
his accomplices in the monumental
CBN bribery saga, running into
billions.
In fact the arrest has commenced
with ex-NSA, Sambo Dasuki. He has
been picked up by SSS.
Sources say several operatives of
Department of State Service (DSS)
has just arrested the embattled
Dasuki in Abuja.
A newswire connected to the ex-NSA,
PRNigeria released a statement
saying Dasuki was picked up by
agents of the SSS and taken into
custody at their “Yellow Houseâ€in
Abuja.
Dasuki latest arrest follows the arrest
of several of his former top men,
arms suppliers and a former
minister of state for Finance who
was arrested by the EFCC on
Monday.
Dasuki allegedly withdrew $2.1
billion from the Central Bank of
Nigeria and the NNPC in the dying
days of former President Goodluck
Jonathan’s regime, with the
“connivance†of Jonathan.
