Mr Okeoseye Odiah, who lost his four
children in the mudslide disaster in
Magodo area of Lagos recently was
given N5million by the Lagos state
government.
In the early hours of 4:50am on
Saturday, 7th of November, 2015,the
Policeman lost his four children after
mud detached from a hill at Isheri,
Magodo area of Ojodu Berger landed
on the building located in Orisha,
Magodo Phase1.
The cheque was presented on behalf
of the Lagos state governor by the
Commissioner for Special Duties and
Inter-Governmental Relations, Mr
Seye Oladejo.
He said government would do
everything possible to look after the
family, noting that the gesture would
assist the family in securing
accommodation.
