A suspected armed robber, Lekan Jimoh who has been apprehended by the police has blamed his parents for his crime for failing to assist him in getting equipment for his vocation thereby forcing him to be an armed robber.

The Punch reports that Jimoh was apprehended by security operatives from the Orile police division on Wednesday, October 21 following a tip off that he and other members of his gang were about to carry out a robbery.

Taiye Oyeleso, another suspect who provided bullets for the robbery was arrested but two other members of the gang escaped.
